Happy Tuesday !!!!

Its Tuesday everyone ! not as great as Friday but we will get there . Been working on theme ideas for each day of the week . Monday was recipes for fall, today is Tuesday also know around my house as Taco Tuesday. Does any one else out there have special meal days of the week? Taco Tuesday we make cheesy tacos ,using the McCormick Cheesy Taco Seasoning Mix, which I high recommend every one give it a try ! Little side note it does use milk instead of water so if your lactose intolerant may want to try something else or maybe use something else like soy or almond milk . Any way we warm up some taco shells plus the soft shells chop up lettuce ,tomato, onion set it aside in different bowls. Time were done digging out all of sauces and cheeses that everyone uses we have created our own buffet. Once the meat is done dinner is ready and we all take turns putting on our toppings and then sit at the table to eat. Yes we still sit at the table to eat at my house like are ancestors of long ago. Its where we catch up on what's going on with each other and just talk about any thing and every thing pretty neat!
