Halloween Party?

I was thinking of doing a Halloween party through Facebook , but I wasn't sure who might be interested in this idea. Was thinking of my maybe some prizes of some sort , games even best costume . And I would need to pick a date and time so that every one could come over and enjoy the fun . Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated .....
